Founder, Senior Consultant

As a human resource professional for more than 20 years, Tiffany has a passion for helping businsses navigate the challenging world of human resources. She specializes in providing guidance to leaders in all organizations, whether starting from scratch, growing or stable.

Tiffany has HR leadership experience in healthcare, local government, construction, higher education and non-profit organizations. She has also served adult learners as an adjunct instructor at Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, IA.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and her Master of Business Administration/Human Resource Management; both from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa.
